In these incredible times of challenge we are all being confronted with life in a way that for all of us, is beyond our wildest dreams or nightmare,which ever lense we choose to use. I have been involved in the hospitality industry for many decades, service and serving, creating and re-creating has been the direction of my life. I first stepped into the kitchen and behind the stove at the ripe old age of 5 and it has not stopped, here i am consciously the student, for-ever the artist…always the chef.
My Journey 30 years ago brought me to a place that forever changed my life, everything about about my life, especially my relationship to the kitchen, to food, a new awakening in how food can be medicine began to evolve…my years in the hustle bustle of the traditional service industry was changing, The Omega Institute in 1993 opened the doorway to my journey of health, wellness, healing and exploration….today almost 30 years later, my life is dedicated to making delicious, high vibratitional food…food that brings life force, vitality and wellness through every experience.
